The legalization of marijuana in Arkansas is making incremental gains. Legal CBD sales are available in the state, but finding a local vendor may prove more difficult than ordering online.

Repeat offenders and those caught with more than four ounces of marijuana face felony charges and penalties of up to $15,000.
Do Arkansas Doctors Prescribe CBD?
Marcoux et al. (2019) indicated that CBD products are available without a medical marijuana prescription in Arkansas. Although doctors may “recommend” CBD products without a prescription, they are legally prohibited from “prescribing” them.
